Devin Pintozzi:

Welcome to Spotlight for Success by American Book Company. We are here at LACUE. I am Devin Pintozzi, your host, and we are here with Tyler Falk with K12 Tech. Nice to see you, tyler,

Tyler Falk:

great to see you.

Devin Pintozzi:

All right, tyler, tell us a little bit about what brings you to LACUE today.

Tyler Falk:

Okay, so I'm here with K12 Tech. We're a local repair company based out of Hammond, louisiana. We're in New Orleans, so it's probably about 50 minutes away from here. Just coming here to connect with current customers, look for some new ones and find ways to help schools with break-fix. A lot of school districts and schools use Chromebooks, ipads, things like that, and the students break them and they need people to fix them.

Devin Pintozzi:

They sure do. That's what we do, that is so true. And what brought you into working with K-12 Tech?

Tyler Falk:

So throughout high school, college, early college, I've always done device repair. There's cell phone repair stores and so it was better than having a job at a restaurant. So I got very in tune with it and through my boss and also a business partner now made a connection here and this is what we're doing.

Devin Pintozzi:

That is wonderful.

Tyler Falk:

Yep

Devin Pintozzi:

well, I'm so happy you're here. Do you have anything you'd like to share with the Lacue community about your company?

Tyler Falk:

So yeah, Really and honestly. Our biggest goal is there's companies who they're focused on selling, selling, selling, selling. How?

Tyler Falk:

much money can we make? How much?

Tyler Falk:

money can we make? At the end of the day, business costs money. What we do costs money, but we're just here to help. We want to provide a difference. Kids break devices all the time and you have to spend more money to replace the devices if you can't figure out ways to fix them fast and in a great way. You know what I'm saying. Like get them back into their hands so they can use them for a learning. So that's what our goal is.

Devin Pintozzi:

That's wonderful. And where can they find you?

Tyler Falk:

So you can go to our website, ktoltechrepairscom. It's a great way to reach us. You can also reach out through LinkedIn, tylerfalk7. Connect with me and see what we can do.

Devin Pintozzi:

Oh wonderful, tyler Falk with K12 Tech. Thank you so much for speaking with us today. Take care,

Tyler Falk:

all right.
